Creative Video Editor - Film Graduate - Daily YouTube Production + AI Content Writing

We're looking for a young, creative video editor who just graduated from film school and wants to grow with a fast-moving content business.

This isn't just video editing. You'll be in charge of:
- Daily video editing and production
- Writing video titles and descriptions using AI (we'll train you)
- Scheduling videos to YouTube
- Scheduling linkedin/tiktok/email/x/Instagram/facebook campaigns to promote videos
- Managing the entire content calendar independently (linkedin/email/x/instagram/tiktok/facebook)

What we're looking for:
- Recent film school graduate (2-3 years experience maximum)
- Creative eye for storytelling and pacing
- Willing to learn AI tools (Claude) for content writing
- Self-starter who can manage their own workflow
- English proficiency for writing descriptions and emails
- Comfortable with Google Sheets, YouTube Studio, and email platforms
