JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for an A-player Creative Strategist & Scriptwriter for a portfolio of fast-growing 7-figure DTC brands. You'll come up with and write the scripts and concepts that make our ads perform on Meta and TikTok — from UGC to AI video.
What you'll do:

Write UGC scripts that convert: scroll-stopping hooks, strong angles, clear CTAs
Come up with and write AI-video concepts (think Seedance, Higgsfield, Arcads — experience is a plus, not a must)
Write static ad copy and hooks across multiple formats (1:1, 4:5, 9:16)
Develop fresh creative angles based on what's working and what's trending
Analyze competitor creative and turn it into your own winning ideas
Produce a constant stream of new scripts and concepts at high volume

Who you are:

You think in hooks and angles — direct response is in your DNA
You can pump out high-quality scripts fast without sacrificing quality
You have a nose for viral content and what makes people stop scrolling
Experience with DTC/e-com ad creative is a big plus
Bonus: you've already worked with AI-video tools
