JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for a Creative Strategist to lead the creative engine behind our paid social. You'll guide a creative team, own the process from brief to launch, and treat creative as our primary growth lever — researching angles, briefing content, and turning data into the next round of winning ads.

What you'll do

- Lead the team in producing high-converting video and static ads for Facebook, Instagram, and Snapchat
- Drive ad account performance through creative
- Own the creative process and testing roadmap, from brief to launch
- Research angles: messaging, formats, trends, and competitors
- Analyse creative performance and turn insights into the next batch of ads
- Brief UGC creators and our creative agency, and hold the bar on quality

What we're looking for

- 3+ years in performance/creative marketing, ideally at an e-commerce or DTC brand
- Strong performance marketing knowledge and sharp analytical skills — you know which metrics matter and why
- Experience with testing, optimisation, and budget management
- A natural leader who's highly organised and thrives juggling multiple projects
Bachelor's degree (MBA a plus); fluent English
- Proactive, entrepreneurial, and more doer than thinker
