Job Opportunity: Cold DM Setter (US TIme Shift)
Hiring Immediately – Remote

We’re looking for a Cold DM Setter who is aggressive, reliable, and hungry to grow.
This is a high-performance, high-reward role with both base pay + commissions.

Shift: 11 AM EDT to 8 PM EDT
Remote: Open to all locations — must speak fluent English
Pay: Base + Commission | Long-term role (3–6 month minimum commitment)

???? Responsibilities:
Send a high volume (50+) of cold DMs daily using proven scripts

Turn ---------- + DMs a week into at least 10+ warm conversations and 5+ booked calls a week

Qualify prospects using our custom flow and frameworks

Book appointments with ideal prospects into our closers’ calendars

Track conversations in CRM (we’ll train you)

Hit weekly KPIs for conversations, booked calls, and performance

Communicate closely with the lead team for updates and objections

Requirements:
Must be fully fluent in English – written and spoken

Must be available for the 11 PM to 8 AM GMT shift (no exceptions)

Must be comfortable cold messaging strangers and handling objections

Reliable internet, access to Slack, and laptop/computer

Past experience as a DM Setter, Appointment Setter, or Sales Rep is a plus
