HDG Resource Team is actively seeking a Cold Calling / Acquisitions Virtual Assistant to support our expanding real estate operations focused on assisting homeowners in distress.
This is a performance-driven role for individuals who are confident communicators, disciplined with follow-ups, and capable of handling sensitive conversations with professionalism and empathy.
This position begins as part-time, with the opportunity to transition into full-time based on performance, work ethic, and productivity.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for outbound cold calling, lead qualification, appointment setting, and CRM management using GoHighLevel (GHL).
Your performance will directly impact acquisitions and overall company revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to property owners using provided data lists
Qualify leads by identifying motivation, timeline, and property condition
Set appointments and properly transition qualified prospects to the acquisitions team
Accurately update and manage lead data in GoHighLevel (GHL) and PropStream
Execute consistent follow-ups via calls, SMS, and
Track and report daily activity and performance metrics
Maintain professionalism, empathy, and compliance in all interactions
Requirements
Strong English communication (clear, professional, neutral/accent-friendly)
Bilingual preferred (additional value)
Experience in cold calling, sales, or real estate strongly preferred
Confident handling objections and sensitive conversations
Tech-savvy (CRM experience required; GHL/PropStream a plus)
Reliable, coachable, and performance-driven
Stable internet, headset, and quiet workspace
Schedule & Availability (Non-Negotiable)
Work Hours: 10:00 AM – 2:00PM Eastern Time
Days Off: Thursday and Friday
