Cold Caller for US AI Software Company

Hi, I'm Kyle, the founder of SmartOps, a US-based software company that helps home service businesses (HVAC, plumbing, landscaping, roofing, electrical) stop missing customer calls. We do this with an AI receptionist that answers the phone 24/7 and books appointments automatically.
I'm hiring one full-time cold caller to call local US home service businesses, get past the gatekeeper, and book demos on my calendar.
This is a long-term role with raises tied to performance. I am NOT looking for someone to send 200 applications a day to every job on this site. I'm looking for one great person to grow with me.

WHAT YOU'LL DO EVERY DAY

Make 80 to 120 outbound calls to a list of home service businesses I provide
Use a proven script (I'll train you on it)
Book 2 to 4 demos per day on my calendar
Log every call result in our CRM (GoHighLevel - I'll train you)
Send me a short Slack recap every day
Handle basic objections - I'll give you the responses

WHAT I NEED FROM YOU

Excellent spoken English (clearly understandable to American business owners)
Cold calling experience (B2B preferred, strong B2C is OK)
A quiet workspace with reliable internet
A noise-canceling headset (or willingness to buy one - I'll reimburse $30)
Coachable and thick-skinned - you will get hung up on, that's the job
Available 8 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time (US) - this is non-negotiable, you'll be sleeping during the day

WHAT YOU'LL GET

$900/month base ($5.65/hr) paid every 2 weeks via Wise
$25 bonus for every demo that shows up
$100 bonus for every demo that closes into a paying client
Top performers earn $1,200+/month total
Paid 1-week trial at full rate before commitment
13th-month pay after 1 year
Paid Philippine holidays
Long-term stability - I don't churn through VAs
