We’re looking for a highly dependable Client Success & Support Executive who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. You’ll act as the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they’re supported from onboarding to payout.
You'll assist in customer onboarding, handle support queries, send trading systems (EAs), answer questions, and help keep internal operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Be Doing
Responding to client questions via
Sending clients the correct EA files and setup instructions
Jumping on onboarding calls to walk customers through setup (Zoom)
Troubleshooting common issues (e.g. VPS, MT4/MT5 install)
Coordinating with the tech/dev team if anything breaks
Proactively checking in with clients and escalating where needed
Managing admin tasks (CRM updates, tracking payouts, flagging issues)
Supporting the leadership team with light operations (reminders, task follow-ups, tracking account statuses)
???? What We're Looking For
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Experience using MetaTrader 4 or 5 (preferred but not essential)
Some familiarity with trading, prop firms, or automation tools (ideal)
Confidence jumping on Zoom calls and managing client relationships
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools quickly
Calm under pressure — you can handle demanding clients professionally
Positive, can-do attitude with a desire to grow as we scale
? Bonus Points For:
Experience in a trading, brokerage, fintech or SaaS support role
Familiarity with CRM tools like GoHighLevel, Slack, Notion, Calendly
Comfortable creating or editing Loom videos, PDFs, and tutorials
