About Us
We are a fast-growing eCommerce brand looking for an expert in Checkout Champ to help us transition from Clickfunnels, integrate with Shopify and CRM systems, and optimize our sales funnels. We provide all copy, assets, and strategic direction. Your role will be to execute the transition, ensure seamless integration, and continuously optimize funnel performance, checkout experiences, and email automation.

Job Responsibilities
The first task will be managing the transition of our existing funnels from Clickfunnels to Checkout Champ. You will be responsible for ensuring that all checkout flows, upsells, downsells, and email automations are transferred without disruption. During the migration, you will also analyze existing funnel performance and suggest improvements.

After the transition, you will build, launch, and optimize new high-converting sales funnels using Checkout Champ. This includes creating seamless checkout experiences to reduce cart abandonment and setting up upsells, downsells, and cross-sells to maximize revenue.

You will integrate Checkout Champ with Shopify, ensuring product syncing, proper order processing, and optimized checkout designs. You will work with Shopify’s API to maintain real-time data flow between the funnel and Shopify backend.

CRM integration will also be a key responsibility. You will connect Checkout Champ with platforms like Klaviyo, HubSpot, or ActiveCampaign to automate customer segmentation, abandoned cart emails, and retargeting campaigns.

Optimizing transactional and upsell emails directly within Clickfunnels and Checkout Champ will be another critical responsibility. You will refine order confirmation emails, post-purchase sequences, and upsell offers to improve engagement and increase customer lifetime value.

You will integrate and configure payment processors such as Stripe, PayPal, and Upgrade to see actual info. Setting up tracking tools, including Facebook Pixel and Google Tag Manager, will also be required to capture key funnel events like Add to Cart and Purchase.

Continuous A/B testing will be conducted on funnel elements, including headlines, checkout flows, email sequences, and call-to-action buttons. You will analyze funnel performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize conversion rates.

Technical support will be required to troubleshoot checkout errors, payment failures, and integration issues. You will ensure that all systems function smoothly and are continually optimized for better performance.

Requirements
Experience in both Checkout Champ and Clickfunnels is required, along with the ability to transition funnels between the two platforms. Strong knowledge of Shopify integration and CRM automation is essential, particularly with platforms like Klaviyo, HubSpot, and ActiveCampaign. You should have experience in setting up and refining order confirmation and upsell emails within Checkout Champ and Clickfunnels.

Understanding of tracking and analytics is necessary, including the ability to set up tracking pixels for Facebook, Google, and other platforms. Familiarity with payment processing and checkout customization is required. Basic web development skills, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, are preferred but not mandatory.

The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while following provided direction. Good communication skills are necessary to collaborate with the team and provide progress updates.

You will work with Checkout Champ, Clickfunnels, Shopify, Klaviyo, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, Stripe, PayPal, Upgrade to see actual info, Zapier, and Make (Integromat).

Success Metrics
Your performance will be measured based on the successful transition from Clickfunnels to Checkout Champ with minimal disruption. Other key performance indicators include conversion rate improvements, reduced cart abandonment, optimized email engagement and upsell effectiveness, seamless integration with Shopify and CRM systems, and reliable technical performance with minimal downtime.
