About the Role:
We’re a scaling AI Automation Agency seeking a tech-savvy VA to build chatbots, set up client automations, and streamline operations. You’ll directly support entrepreneurs by delivering fast, flawless technical solutions.




Core Responsibilities
Chatbot & Automation Setup

Build custom chatbots (ManyChat, Chatfuel) and automate workflows (Upgrade to see actual info) within 24–48 hours for clients.

Client Tech Support

Troubleshoot automation issues, integrate AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, CRM systems).

Podcast/Content Backend

Edit podcast clips + repurpose content for social media (AI tools provided).

Outreach & Admin

Generate leads via LinkedIn + manage calendars.



Skills Required
Technical Expertise: Proficient in chatbot builders (ManyChat, Tidio), Upgrade to see actual info, and basic CRM setup.

Speed: Deploy client solutions within 48 hours.

AI Tools: Experience with ChatGPT, Mid-journey, or similar.

Plus: Experience with HighLevel (GoHighLevel).
