What you'll do
Analyze client credit profiles, identify inaccuracies, and develop effective dispute strategies
Handle customer service interactions with professionalism, empathy, and strong written and verbal English skills
Think outside the box to solve unique client situations and remove roadblocks that standard processes can't address
Contribute to a high-performance team environment and help set the standard for excellence
What we're looking for
Experience in credit repair, financial services, or a closely related field
Excellent English communication skills — written and spoken
Strong customer service mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly
Creative problem-solving ability — you don't just follow scripts, you find solutions
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and driven to be the best at what you do
