Creative Agency / Business Development Manager (Remote)

About Us

Rise Up Music Group is an independent music label and creative media company focused on artist development, branding, content production, marketing, and business growth.

In addition to the music industry, we are building a creative agency division focused on media production and recurring content services for businesses such as restaurants, lounges, nightlife brands, barbershops, gyms, clothing brands, and local businesses.

We are currently looking for a highly experienced Creative Agency / Business Development Manager to help structure, lead, and operate our B2B media production department.

This is NOT a basic sales position.

We are looking for someone who can help build and manage the department independently while leading a small team of business development representatives.

Position Overview

You will be responsible for helping structure and manage the company’s B2B creative services division.

This includes:

managing business development representatives
building outreach systems
organizing sales pipelines
improving workflow
helping structure offers and pricing
creating accountability systems
helping grow recurring monthly clients

The CEO will remain focused primarily on music industry relationships, label meetings, networking, and high-level business growth.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the B2B side and help build a scalable system.

Responsibilities
Manage and lead business development representatives
Build and improve outreach systems
Help structure B2B sales processes and workflows
Organize lead tracking and follow-up systems
Help improve client onboarding processes
Assist with pricing and service package organization
Monitor team productivity and accountability
Help generate recurring monthly clients
Create systems that improve efficiency and scalability
Report progress, issues, and growth opportunities to leadership
Help build long-term agency infrastructure
Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

has experience with creative agencies or media companies
understands outbound sales systems
has experience managing remote sales teams
understands recurring clients and retainers
can operate independently without constant supervision
enjoys building systems and improving workflows
is highly organized and proactive
has leadership and communication skills
understands client relationship management

Music industry experience is a plus, but NOT required.

Requirements
Strong English communication
Experience in agency operations, sales management, or business development
Experience managing appointment setters, BDRs, or outreach teams
Experience with CRM systems, pipelines, and lead management
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Ability to solve problems independently
Stable internet and reliable computer setup
Hours
Approximately 3–5 hours per day initially
Flexible remote schedule
Must overlap with U.S. Eastern Time when needed

This is currently a part-time leadership role with long-term growth opportunity.

Compensation
Base Pay
$600/month
Performance Bonus
+$400 monthly bonus if minimum KPI and client growth thresholds are achieved

Examples may include:

minimum recurring B2B clients acquired
monthly revenue targets
BDR productivity goals
operational performance metrics

Additional bonus structures and growth opportunities may be added as the company scales.

As the company grows:

compensation can increase

additional performance bonuses may become available

This role is NOT for someone looking to simply cold message businesses all day.

We are looking for someone who can help create structure, lead a team, improve systems, and help scale a growing creative agency division.
