Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound cold calls to potential clients, identifying business opportunities, and setting appointments or generating leads for the sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys engaging with people, is comfortable with phone outreach, and is looking to grow within a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to potential customers.
• Identify prospects' needs and qualify leads through strong discovery conversations.
• Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team with qualified prospects.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and outcomes in CRM.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve messaging and outreach strategies.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly KPIs (dials, talk time, appointment set, sold).
• Stay informed on industry trends and company offers.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound sales is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Resilient, coachable, and able to handle rejection professionally.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus.

• Experience in B2B sales or lead generation.
• Familiarity with sales engagement tools or dialers.
• Ability to adapt to changing scripts or market conditions.
