The Opportunity:

We’re on a mission to replace financial fear with clarity and peace of mind—and we’re looking for a Bookkeeper who wants to be part of that transformation! If you are a highly experienced Senior Bookkeeper with a minimum of 4 years in bookkeeping/ accounting and Quickbooks Online, and wish to join our team on a full-time, remote basis, we'd love to hear from you.

Some of the tasks you'll be asked to complete are:

1. Cash basis bookkeeping for multiple companies in a variety of industries (mostly professional services) using Quickbooks Online
2. Making Adjusting Journal Entries on a monthly basis
3. Answering and corresponding with clients as needed
4. Communicating with senior level staff about projects
5. Occasional catch-up bookkeeping for clients who are behind on their books
6. Occasionally creating budgets and projections

Required experience & traits:

1. At least 4 years of General Ledger experience (demonstrated knowledge of US GAAP), preferably with U.S. based accounting firm
2. Expert knowledge in Quickbooks Online (minimum 3 years experience with QBO)
3. Can work for at least 40+ hrs a week, 8 hrs a day (potentially more)
4. NEEDS to have a stable DAILY internet connection (If you do not have a stable internet connection please do not apply)
5. Able to work US hours
