STARSIGHT LIVE creates immersive, high-impact experiential events targeted at the corporate market in Sydney, Australia. Launching this July, the platform explores creativity, consciousness, music, AI, and human transformation by blending live electronic music performance, non-dual philosophy, and strategic corporate frameworks.

I am Jack Davis, a live performer, artist, and speaker. I focus entirely on delivery and creative vision. I do not do digital administration, lead spreadsheets, or manual cold outreach. I am looking for an exceptional, highly autonomous Sales Operator based in the Philippines to build the outbound execution machine behind my business.

The Mission & Pay Structure This is a results-driven sales and lead generation position. Quality is paramount. I am offering a stable, standard baseline hourly rate to support your building hours, combined with a highly lucrative Pay-Per-Qualified-Meeting commission structure. If you generate high-quality meetings that turn into paid corporate clients, you will be exceptionally well-compensated over the long term with the opportunity to transition into a permanent full-time position. If you cannot generate qualified appointments, the contract will be ended immediately.

What You Will Do:

Turn Audio/Video into Strategic Assets: You will listen to my raw ideas via zoom/Loom videos or audio recordings and independently translate them into business assets (building clean, minimalist pitch decks in Canva/Gamma AI, and drafting punchy sales emails).

Targeted Lead Generation: Independently build, scrape, and manage clean databases of Sydney-based tech startups, scale-ups, creative agencies, CEOs, and HR Directors using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and data tools.

Text-Based Cold Outreach: Launch and manage outbound email and LinkedIn messaging campaigns. You will handle 100% of the text-based conversations, answer initial questions, filter prospects, and drop my Calendly link to book qualified leads directly into my schedule.

What is REQUIRED:

Proven Effectiveness: A track record of generating actual paid clients for B2B or high-ticket offers. You must actively optimize our outreach strategy across LinkedIn and email platforms based on market feedback.

Extreme Autonomy: If you need a step-by-step training manual, templates, or micromanagement, this is absolutely not the role for you. You must be able to hear a raw vision, independently figure out a practical way to execute it, and show me the results.

Flawless Written English: Your written communication with premium corporate executives, founders, and directors must be sharp, highly professional, sophisticated, and precise.

Tech Literacy: Expert-level familiarity with Canva, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and cold email automation platforms (Apollo, Instantly, or similar).

Cultural Alignment: A genuine interest or personal connection to areas like creativity, music, spirituality, consciousness, mindfulness, meditation, or philosophy will make you an excellent fit for this ecosystem.
