Automation Specialist (ManyChat + Zapier + ActiveCampaign + Trainerize) – Project-Based

I’m looking for a highly skilled automation specialist who can jump in immediately and finish a partially built workflow that connects:

ManyChat

Zapier

ActiveCampaign

Trainerize

This is for a fitness coaching business with a 7-day kickstart funnel. The core pieces are already created — they just need to be connected properly, tested, and finalized.

Your job will be to:

Audit the existing setup

Repair any broken connections

Complete the remaining steps of Phase 1 + Phase 2

Ensure new leads flow correctly through the full journey

Test the full automation end-to-end

Provide a short Loom video explaining what you fixed and how everything works

Requirements:

Strong experience with ManyChat automations

Strong experience with Zapier (multi-step Zaps, filters, webhooks)

Experience with ActiveCampaign automations + tagging

Experience integrating Trainerize via Zapier

Ability to troubleshoot quickly

Strong English communication

Can start immediately

Can finish within 5–7 days
