We are a profitable, bootstrapped AI automation agency. This role is perfect for an Expert Automator who wants a stable, high-level technical challenge alongside their current projects. You keep your freedom; we get your expertise.

The Mission:
We don't need a "button pusher." We need a Logic Architect. You will own the backend architecture for our agency.

What You Will Build:
1. AI Agents & RAG: Build pipelines that ingest unstructured data (PDFs/docs), manage Vector DBs (Pinecone), and retrieve context for LLMs.
2. Complex Integrations: deeply integrated workflows (GHL, Slack, LinkedIn) that require custom API calls, not just pre-made triggers.
3. System Health: Optimize and refactor existing workflows. If a workflow fails, you don't just restart it—you write error-handling logic so it fixes itself next time.

The Tech Stack (Non-Negotiable):
1. JavaScript/TypeScript: You must be comfortable writing code in n8n Function Nodes to manipulate JSON and handle complex logic.
2. SQL/Postgres: You know how to design efficient database schemas and write queries.
3. API Architecture: You understand Webhooks, OAuth, and Rate Limiting inside and out.
