JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a licensed Architect or highly experienced architectural professional with a strong background in working with a California-based clients to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing precise elevations, coordinating MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) layouts, and ensuring that all measurements are meticulously verified. This position requires a deep understanding of construction documentation, interior architecture, and the ability to bridge the gap between conceptual design and technical execution. You will work during PST business hours and get paid weekly + HMO.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (or related field) with 2-3 years of professional experience.

- Proven experience working directly with US-based architecture firms, developers, or clients (knowledge of US building standards, imperial units, and architectural workflows is required).

- Strong creative vision balanced with technical precision.

- Demonstrated ability to manage complex project workflows with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

- Utilize existing SketchUp models to develop detailed architectural plans, elevations, and construction details. Verify all measurements for electrical, plumbing, and structural elements to ensure accuracy.

- Collaborate with US-based clients, vendors, and internal tea ---------- mbers to interpret project goals, address client needs, and ensure design intent is maintained through the construction documentation phase.

- Prepare high-quality client presentations, including 3D mock-ups and renderings, to communicate design concepts effectively.

- Assist in preparing project quotes, ensuring adherence to the full project workflow from schematic design through to construction administration.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, building technologies, and architectural best practices to ensure all deliverables meet professional standards.

- Handle project documentation, record-keeping, and vendor management to ensure seamless project delivery.
