We operate at scale across Amazon, Shopify, and wholesale—and we take profitability seriously.
We are not looking for someone to “run ads.”
We are looking for someone who understands how to deploy capital inside Amazon.
The Mission of This Role
Drive profitable growth across our Amazon catalog.
Not just more sales.
Not just lower ACOS.
Growth that improves contribution margin and long-term ranking.
What You Will Own

PPC Strategy & Profitability

Own total ad spend and performance across the catalog
Manage and improve TACOS, ACOS, and contribution margin
Define break-even ACOS targets per SKU
Allocate budget based on profitability and growth potential
Identify where to scale aggressively vs reduce spend

Campaign Structure & Architecture

Build and maintain structured campaigns:
Discovery (Auto / Broad)
Ranking (Exact / High-intent)
Branded defense
Competitor targeting

Segment campaigns by intent and performance stage
Continuously restructure accounts for efficiency and scale

Scaling & Optimization

Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability
Optimize bids, placements, and budgets based on data—not guesswork
Identify high-performing search terms and isolate them
Reduce wasted spend and eliminate non-performing keywords
Improve CTR and CVR through collaboration with listing team

Data Analysis & Decision Making

Analyze:
TACOS trends
Conversion rates
CPC inflation
Placement performance
Search term profitability

Make decisions based on profit, not vanity metrics
Provide clear insights—not just reports

Execution Excellence

Manage campaigns inside Amazon Advertising Console
Use bulk sheets and structured workflows for efficiency
Implement bid adjustments and placement strategies
Maintain clean, scalable campaign structures

Cross-Team Collaboration

Work closely with Listing Growth Specialists to:
Align keyword strategy
Improve conversion rates
Support ranking initiatives

Provide input on:
Product launches
Pricing strategy
Promotional planning

Provide weekly reporting on:

TACOS and profitability trends
Campaign performance breakdown
Budget allocation decisions
Scaling opportunities
Risks and issues
Non-Negotiable Requirements

4–6+ years hands-on Amazon PPC experience
Proven experience managing large-scale catalogs (500+ SKUs minimum)
Strong understanding of:
TACOS vs ACOS
Contribution margin
Break-even ACOS
Campaign structure strategy

Deep experience inside Amazon Advertising Console
Strong analytical and decision-making skills
Ability to work PST hours full-time

Candidates focused only on ACOS

Anyone without a clear campaign structure strategy
