Airtable Specialist Needed for Blog Content Management Project

Hello,

I’m looking for a Virtual assistant to help me organize and streamline my blog content management system. I currently manage multiple blogs and the articles are tracked in Excel and Google Sheets. I’d like to transition everything to Airtable for better organization, but I need assistance in planning and executing this shift efficiently.

Key Tasks:

- Design an Airtable structure to manage existing and new articles, keeping each article on a single row despite long keyword lists.
- Import existing articles from WordPress (data available via WP All Import/Export plugin in Excel format) into Airtable.
- Set up an manual or automated process to import new WordPress articles into Airtable moving forward.
- Transition existing Google Sheets-based Upgrade to see actual info automations to Airtable.
- Create user views/permissions in Airtable:
Admin (full access)
Product Manager (keyword lists and product ideas)
Data Entry (form-only access)
Image Editor (selected product names, URLs and filenames only)
- The articles must be maintained and filtered. Only selected articles are shown to the assistant.

What I Need:

I’m primarily seeking help with planning the Airtable setup and possibly building the tables. This is a project-based gig, but there’s potential for more work in our team if you have strong expertise in WordPress, Elementor Pro, ACF, and Upgrade to see actual info.

Skills Required:

Proven experience with Airtable (setup, imports, automation)
Familiarity with data migration from Excel/Google Sheets to Airtable
Problem-solving and organizational skills
Bonus: Experience with WordPress, WP All Import/Export, Elementor Pro, ACF, and Upgrade to see actual info
