AirBnb Outreach Specialist

Company Overview:
My company is a AirBnb Arbitrage business specializing in partnering with buildings to rent. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic Cold Calling Lead Specialist to join our team. This person will be provided with a phone number and email.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated individual with excellent communication skills to join our team as a Cold Calling Lead Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for talking to potential clients, building relationships, and setting appointments for our owners. The ideal candidate will be confident, persuasive, and able to effectively communicate our services to potential clients over the phone.

Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calls to prospect for new clients and generate leads.
Identify potential clients' needs and interests to determine the appropriate course of action.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential leads through consistent outreach efforts.
Schedule appointments to meet with potential clients.
Follow up with leads and maintain communication throughout the sales process.
Provide exceptional customer service and represent our company in a professional manner at all times.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in cold calling is preferred but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in basic computer skills and CRM software.
*Experience with AirBnb and Monday.com and similar software is preferred*
