We are recognised as the leading wellness facility based in Australia with hundreds of members who we share a close and personal relationship with. We now need to hire an VA to take over to help with backend admin based tasks and customer service support. A full-hand over will be provided.
This role is for someone who is seeking full-time long-term employment and is looking to put their administrative skills to use.
You will function as a key online customer admin role assisting with member admin issues, whilst also completing a broad range of tasks including data entry, report consolidation, managing auto-debits, stock levels & ordering, and more.
Attributes:
- Reliable – doesn’t need to be reminded or checked on to complete re-occurring tasks whether they are daily, weekly, monthly or otherwise
- Excellent written grammar
- Skilled at writing
- Data Entry attention to detail – doesn’t make mistakes!
- Organised – Must be able to monitor and keep track of everything ensuring tasks are not forgotten
Main Technical Skills & Software:
- Google Sheets
- Mindbody software

Full time work:
- 5 days per week – Monday to Friday
- 11am-7pm Philippine time
Note in addition to this a few reports are required before 11am Monday (Melbourne time) so you will need to have this completed by early Monday morning
REMUNERATION:
3 Month Probation
For your first 3 months you will be on probation with a review done at the end of this period. Pay is P26,000 per month, to be paid at the end of each month via your submission in PayPal.
