Accountant for a Florida based business

We are seeking an experienced accountant to provide QuickBooks services and financial advice to our client in Florida, United States. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and bookkeeping, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
*Manage multiple QuickBooks accounts, including setup, ongoing bookkeeping, and reconciliation.
*Provide regular financial reports and advice on managing income and expenses.
*Communicate effectively through Upgrade to see actual info and email to understand the bookkeeping needs and provide personalized solutions.

Requirements:
* Proven experience as an accountant or bookkeeper with a strong understanding of QuickBooks.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple books effectively.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
*Professional demeanor and commitment to providing top-notch service.

Although not mandatory, it’s also great if you are updated about the current tax laws and regulations in the United States.
