Lead AI Visual Designer – Company Sign & Storefront Rendering (Nano Banana Pro)

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead AI Visual Designer with strong, proven experience in AI-based company sign and storefront rendering using Nano Banana Pro.

This is not a beginner role.
If you do not have a strong eye for design, real experience with visual realism, proportions, and signage concepts, this job will not be manageable. The tasks require precision, experience, and design judgment. Please do not apply if you are still learning basic design principles.

What You Will Do (2 Different Core Tasks)

Task 1: AI Company Sign Rendering
Create realistic, production-ready AI mockups of company signs based on provided logos and storefront photos.

Task 2: Visual Optimization & Variations
Refine and optimize visuals for sales and client previews:
Correct scale, proportions, and placement on real buildings
Adjust lighting, materials, and realism
Create collages (front view, angles, close-ups)
Improve prompts and outputs until they are commercially usable

What We Expect (Very Important)

This role is for designers who:
Understand real-world signage, not just “nice-looking images”
Know the difference between front-lit, back-lit, halo-lit, and non-lit signs
Can judge whether a sign looks installable and realistic
Can spot wrong proportions, wrong placement, wrong lighting immediately

If you lack experience in these areas, the tasks will be too difficult.

Key Responsibilities
Create realistic AI-generated company sign mockups using Nano Banana Pro
Place logos accurately on real storefronts (above windows, facades, side-mounted, etc.)
Produce day & night versions with correct lighting behavior
Ensure realistic materials (acrylic, metal, LED glow)
Maintain consistent quality across different brands

Follow detailed instructions and refine until production-ready

Take a lead role in visual quality and realism standards

Required Skills & Experience

Proven, hands-on experience with Nano Banana Pro (mandatory)
Strong AI prompting and prompt engineering skills
Experience creating realistic commercial renders (not fantasy or artistic images)

Solid understanding of:
Company signage types
Lighting behavior (especially night scenes)
Scale, proportions, and mounting realism
Ability to work precisely with reference images and placement rules

Nice to Have (Big Plus)
Background in graphic design, visual design, architecture, or advertising
Experience with exterior signage or branding visuals
Understanding of how real signs are manufactured and installed

Ability to proactively improve prompts for better realism

Experience creating visuals for sales, e-commerce, or client presentations

Compensation
We are happy to pay more than USD 1,000 per month for the right person.

Payment models:
Monthly fixed salary (for strong lead designers) (We can do weekly payments at the start)
Or payment per finished project (if preferred)
Compensation depends on skill level and output quality.
