About the Role
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role to build the first working prototype of TCR, an AI-driven property operations platform.
This is not a research role.
This is not a strategy-only role.
This is not a “play with AI tools” role.
Your job is to design, build, and ship systems that remove human labour in property management workflows.
If you do not ship working systems, this role will not continue.

Core Responsibilities
• Design and build AI-driven workflows for:
• Tenant communications
• Maintenance triage
• Guided inspections (self-service)
• Admin and compliance preparation
• Integrate AI models (OpenAI or equivalent) into real operational flows
• Build automations using tools such as Make, Zapier, APIs, and databases
• Connect systems to CRMs, spreadsheets, and internal tools
• Deliver weekly working demos
• Continuously reduce manual human steps
• Document systems clearly for replication and scale

What Success Looks Like
• Manual processes are replaced with automated workflows
• Human time per property is measurably reduced
• Systems run without constant oversight
• MVP features are live, testable, and improving weekly
• Problems are solved with systems, not workarounds

What This Role Is Not
• Not training AI models from scratch
• Not building dashboards for presentation only
• Not attending unnecessary meetings
• Not writing long strategy documents
• Not custom-building edge cases
If it does not remove labour, it does not ship.

Required Experience
• Proven experience building automation systems
• Hands-on use of AI / LLM APIs
• Experience with automation platforms (Make preferred, Zapier acceptable)
• Experience integrating CRMs, databases, or APIs
• Strong systems thinking and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work independently and deliver without hand-holding

• Experience in property, real estate, or operational businesses
• GoHighLevel experience
• Startup or MVP build experience
• Basic front-end or scripting skills
