Position: AI Specialist with Full Stack, Back End or Front End Developer Experience
Salary: from $8.00, negotiable
Job Type: Part-time (20 hours per week), project based
Working Hours: Flexible

Main responsibilities:

- Play a vital part in building a software with virtual receptionists for Real Estate sector for our business with ability to market commercially
- You have to be able to build our online service (website) that will be integrated with the AI agents
- Depending on your skillset you will be responsible for the whole project or part of it - you will work either on the AI or web development side (or both if you’re qualified enough)
- You will NOT be responsible for graphic design
- You will build, deploy, and optimize AI-powered voice agents and virtual receptionists for business use cases.
- Integrate AI voice solutions with CRMs, scheduling platforms, telephony systems, and other business applications.
- Develop conversational workflows, call routing logic, and automation processes for inbound and outbound communications.
- Configure and manage APIs, databases, backend services, and cloud infrastructure required for AI solutions.
- Troubleshoot and improve the performance, reliability, and accuracy of AI voice agents.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- Maintain technical documentation and provide ongoing support for deployed solutions.

Must-have qualifications:

- Proven experience in full-stack, front-end or back-end web development.
- Experience building, deploying, or managing AI voice agents, AI receptionists, or conversational AI solutions for businesses.
- Experience working with APIs, webhooks, databases, and cloud-based applications.
- Ability to independently develop and troubleshoot complex technical solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Additional, nice-to-have qualifications:

- Experience with AI automation platforms such as Make, Zapier, n8n, Voiceflow, Vapi, Retell AI, Bland AI, or similar tools.
- Experience integrating AI solutions with CRM systems and business communication platforms.
- Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI agent frameworks.
- Experience working with telephony platforms such as Twilio or similar services.
- Knowledge of workflow automation, process optimization, and business systems integration.
- Previous experience working remotely with international clients and teams.
