AI Solutions Engineer

We’re seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to help design, build, and support AI-driven automations, system integrations, and cloud-based business solutions. This role partners closely with the IT Director to improve processes, connect business systems, and implement practical AI tools that increase efficiency across the organization.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong builder with experience in software development, cloud platforms, automation, or systems integration who wants to grow in AI and solution architecture.

What You’ll Do
AI, automation, and solution development
• Build, test, and maintain AI-powered workflows, automations, and business solutions.
• Evaluate and implement AI tools, platforms, and orchestration processes.
• Create prompts, AI agents, and proof-of-concept solutions for business use cases.
• Document systems, workflows, and implementation procedures.

Systems integration and cloud operations
• Design and support integrations across business systems, cloud platforms, and AI services.
• Build and maintain API-based connections, data sync workflows, and automations.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and improve reliability and performance.
• Support cloud deployments and infrastructure operations in AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with at least one programming language such as Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, C#, or Java.
• Working knowledge of APIs, web services, systems integration, and SQL.
• Understanding of cloud computing fundamentals.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or Cloudflare.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, SharePoint, and Microsoft Graph.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, and modern authentication methods.
• Exposure to AI platforms, large language models, and automation tools such as Power Automate, n8n, Make, or Zapier.
• Experience with Git and source control systems.
