I’m looking for a smart, reliable, detail-oriented assistant who can help with social media, operations, admin tasks, research, content support, hiring support, and AI-powered workflows.
This is not a basic data-entry role. I’m looking for someone who is tech-savvy, organized, creative, and willing to learn. You do not need to be an expert in every area, but you should be resourceful, comfortable with online tools, and interested in growing into a bigger role over time.
You will help with daily operations, social media systems, content workflows, applicant tracking,
Main Responsibilities:
• Manage and organize social media tasks, content ideas, and posting workflows
• Help plan, schedule, and track short-form content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and
• Research social media trends, competitors, creators, products, hooks, captions, and content ideas
• Use ChatGPT and other AI tools to generate content ideas, captions, scripts, outlines, summaries, and drafts
• Help organize and review video editing workflows
• Review video edits and provide quality-control notes based on instructions
• Help create briefs for video editors, creatives, designers, or contractors
• Track content status, deadlines, revisions, and deliverables
• Help manage
• Assist with applicant tracking, hiring support, and screening candidates
• Organize Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Google Forms, and shared folders
• Create checklists, SOPs, process documents, templates, and internal documentation
• Help manage projects, tasks, and deadlines across multiple workflows
• Test websites, apps, forms, automations, and workflows for bugs or issues
• Document problems clearly using notes, screenshots, Loom videos, or step-by-step explanations
• Help improve systems, workflows, and operations over time
• Research tools, software, competitors, markets, and business opportunities
• Support multiple projects involving social media, AI tools, online business, operations, and digital products
Skills Needed:

Requirements:

Work Schedule:
Part-time to start, with the possibility of growing into more hours over time depending on performance.
