AI Growth & Automation Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Growth & Automation Engineer to join our fully remote team.

This role combines AI automation, systems integration, sales operations, marketing automation, and business process optimization. You will work with international companies to design and implement AI-powered solutions that improve efficiency, generate revenue, and help businesses scale.

This is a full-time remote position for someone who enjoys solving business problems, building systems, and leveraging AI to drive growth.

What You'll Do
AI Automation & Systems
Build AI-powered workflows using tools like Make, Zapier, n8n, and similar platforms
Integrate AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and other LLMs into business operations
Connect APIs, CRMs, marketing platforms, and internal systems
Design and optimize automated business processes
Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve workflow performance

Sales & Lead Generation
Build AI-assisted lead generation systems
Create automated outreach workflows for email, LinkedIn, and CRM platforms
Support prospect research, enrichment, and targeting
Improve sales efficiency through automation and process optimization
Track and analyze outreach performance metrics

Marketing & Growth
Build and optimize marketing funnels
Automate lead capture and nurturing processes
Use AI tools to create and improve marketing campaigns
Support paid advertising and growth initiatives
Analyze performance data and identify optimization opportunities

Content & AI Operations
Create AI-assisted content for blogs, landing pages, emails, advertisements, and social media
Optimize content for SEO and conversion performance
Develop prompts, templates, and AI workflows for internal teams
Research and evaluate emerging AI tools and technologies

Requirements
Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms
Experience with Make, Zapier, n8n, or other automation tools
Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
Experience supporting sales, marketing, operations, or business automation initiatives
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
Ability to work independently and manage projects remotely
Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup

Nice to Have
Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar CRM platforms
Familiarity with OpenAI APIs and AI application development
Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or scripting
Experience with Airtable, Notion, Bubble, or other no-code tools
Background in GTM, RevOps, Growth Marketing, or Solutions Architecture
Experience building AI chatbots and customer-facing AI solutions
