We're a small team that moves quickly, uses AI heavily, and focuses on delivering real business value rather than generating code for the sake of generating code.

We're looking for a developer who enjoys solving problems, learning new tools, and using AI as a force multiplier.

* Any tools that improve delivery

## Important: AI Usage Is Expected

We are not looking for developers who avoid AI.

We actively encourage:

* AI-assisted debugging
* AI-assisted testing
* AI-assisted documentation

We care about results, quality, ownership, and delivery speed.

We do not care how many lines you type manually.

## What We're Looking For

You:

* Can work independently

* Propose solutions instead of waiting for instructions
* Are comfortable learning unfamiliar things

* Can explain technical decisions
* Care about maintainable code

* You need detailed step-by-step instructions for every task
* You only work within a very narrow technical area
* You are looking for a large corporate environment

## Selection Process

Instead of algorithm puzzles or LeetCode tests, shortlisted candidates will complete a small real-world task similar to the work we do every day.
