We bring tabletop wargaming and RPG miniatures to life with intricate details and stunning designs. We’re expanding our team to include a talented 3D Renderer & Digital Artist who will enhance the presentation of our STL models through professional, eye-catching renders.

Position Overview
We’re looking for a 3D Renderer & Digital Artist with experience in creating high-quality digital renders of 3D models. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for composition, lighting, and detail, ensuring our STL models are showcased to their full potential on platforms like Kickstarter, Cults3D, and MyMiniFactory.

Key Responsibilities
Render photo-realistic images of 3D models (STL files) using appropriate software.
Ensure renders highlight intricate details and features of miniatures.
Design composition and scenes that showcase models in an appealing way.
Work closely with the sculpting team to ensure renders reflect the intended design accurately.
Create consistent visual styles across product lines.
Edit and enhance renders for use in marketing materials (websites, social media, etc.).
Stay updated on trends and techniques in 3D rendering for miniatures and gaming.

Qualifications
Proficiency in 3D rendering software such as Blender, KeyShot, ZBrush, or equivalent.
Strong understanding of lighting, shading, and texturing to produce realistic renders.
Experience working with STL files or 3D models is a must.
Attention to detail and ability to create consistent, high-quality visuals.
Good communication skills and ability to take feedback effectively.
Knowledge of tabletop gaming or 3D printing is a plus but not required.

Preferred Skills (Bonus)
Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or other editing tools for post-processing.
Experience creating renders specifically for Kickstarter or eCommerce platforms.
Familiarity with video rendering for animations
