PROFILE
With 9 years of experience in the Social Work field, I was honed with necessary skills  such as Case Management, File and Records Management, facilitating queries and emails, coordination with different units, Community Organizing, preparation of Social Case Study Reports, program and project management, and agency partnerships. I have worked with individuals and groups, assisted in conducting several trainings and seminars, and was responsible for implementing social services programs. Further, I have also provided technical assistance and coordinated with the other members of the composite team (government and non government organizations) on program implementation. I have also experience in administrative support and have skills in MS Office, responding to client communications such as queries, emails and calls. Also, assisted in preparing documents for different units and formulation of communication letters. With these, I firmly believe that my comprehensive set of skills will be valuable, for I am adept at handling individual needs, ability to manage tasks and have the initiative to learn more and bring my skills in a positive and cooperative attitude for continuous professional development.
