I’ve been working in technical support for over six months now, specifically in the telecom sector. During this time, I’ve gained solid experience helping customers with issues related to internet connectivity, mobile services, and general account troubleshooting. A big part of my job is walking people through solutions in a clear, calm manner — especially when they’re frustrated or dealing with service interruptions. I’m comfortable using ticketing systems and remote tools to diagnose problems, and I’ve learned how to spot common technical issues quickly. Whether it’s helping someone set up their modem or figuring out why their mobile data isn’t working, I do my best to solve problems efficiently while making the customer feel heard and supported. This role has taught me how to stay patient under pressure, how to communicate clearly with all kinds of people, and how to manage a fast-paced workload without losing focus on quality. I’ve also learned when to escalate more complex issues and how to document everything properly to keep things running smoothly.
