Profile Description

I am a highly flexible individual that has extensive experience on providing services such as social media management, remote technical support, chat support, graphic design (desktop publishing, photo editing, etc.) and data encoding.

I was a former public school teacher here in the Philippines with 3 years of experience in teaching Elementary Science to 4th Grade students. Apart from being a teacher, I was also the Lead ICT officer of our school which paved the way for the accumulation of the skills that I can offer as a part of your growing company.

Being part of the essential school administration personnel, my skills and proposals played a key role in the transformation of the provision of frontline government services, from traditional face-to-face setup to online distance modality, to our clientele during the entirety of the COVID-19 pandemic. Through my effective social media management and policies, the school was able to reach our clientele in the midst of the pandemic and deliver critical government aid and other relevant information to its 5000+ student population. This led to a ripple effect where the different communities within the immediate vicinity of the school heavily relied on the information disseminated through the official social media account of the school and served as a template for other schools in the City of Manila to ---------- was made possible by my graphic design skills and utilizing software such as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator and online applications such as Canva.

As the Lead ICT Officer of our school, I have also provided webinars to the teaching staff of the school and our parents to help them navigate through the challenges brought about by the pandemic in education. Taking advantage of the growing influence of our school’s official social media account, I have also published instructional materials for the parents and students to reinforce the information they gained in these webinars and help them to better prepare for the school year ahead.

I was also tapped several times to create presentation for the demonstration of data which will help all the schools in the City of Manila in the formulation of their plan on student intervention before the end of the school year. Software such as Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Premiere Pro helped me attain my goal in delivering engaging and informative presentations in a short period of time compared to traditional meetings.

I have also provided technical support to the 180+ teaching and non-teaching staff of our school in remote working setup, with the use of video conferencing applications such as Google Meet and Zoom and with the use of remote desktop software such as TeamViewer and AnyDesk.

I have attended various seminars in the use of Adobe Suite of Applications and graphic design. I am also an official holder of Adobe Creative Educator Levels 1 and 2 and Google Certified Educator Level 1.

I have fast 400 Mbps fiber internet and a multi-monitor desktop setup with a 12-core processor (AMD Ryzen 9 5900x), 32gb of RAM, RTX 3070 and a graphic tablet which enables me to accomplish these tasks with ease.
