From technical support to Operation Management, my 10-year experience in IT industry will get you covered.

Being in the IT industry means keeping a service level that is acceptable to the business. I've been trained to ensure that the service I provide meets or even exceeds what is expected of me. I started as a network technical support for a local telco company and that first job taught me the foundation of IT. 

First, I learned how to handle i ---------- , requests, and ---------- taught me a lot of skills including basic troubleshooting, ticketing tools and administrative skills such as using Microsoft Office, email and calendar management, and most especially ---------- working has made a huge impact in my career that I still consider important up to this day. I was able to get certifications that are relevant to today's industry standard such as ITIL Foundation, Cisco Certified Network Professional and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt.  

Years passed, I'm still in the IT industry but with a higher purpose. I am now responsible in leading a team of Product and Application specialists with a main goal of providing excellent support to the daily operations of Noble Corporation, a US company. Remote support is not new to me since after my first job, I was mostly employed to international companies. I've been supporting remote clients even before the pandemic happened. Collaborating with business stakeholders, partners and vendors is what I am best ---------- is essential especially when you are miles away from the people you work with. Knowledge in using tools come second for I believe that every tool in the market is something that you can acquire through experience and training. And did I say that I am a fast learner? Most of the skills or tools in the IT industry that I have used are self-taught. 

To sum it up, I would like to say that everything that I know from my 10 year of working experience is something that I can apply for your company. I offer technical support, administrative work and managing resources.
