I am currently employed as a Relationship Development Officer in an EAP company in the Philippines. I've been with this company for 7 years already, where I started as a Wellness Coach, then moved to Account Management as an Account Officer. My work responsibilities include taking care of our clients by resolving their concerns, working with our internal teams to make sure we meet the clients' expectations, providing recommendation to boost the utilization of the services, helping our Sales Team in client acquisition, and reviewing our promotional materials before we release them to our clients. I enjoy working with our client organizations, and I understand the importance of communication, collaboration, and support, in this type of work. Clients stay when they feel supported.
My past work experiences include Recruitment, Online work, and Technical Support. With recruitment I was responsible for sourcing and interviewing viable candidates. I also maintain our database, do admin and clerical tasks, generate reports, and ensure trackers are updated. I am also responsible for our weekly news advertisement design using my basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
I have almost two years' experience working as a Technical Support Professional where I helped and assisted customers in utilizing and troubleshooting an accounting software. I made sure that my customers' concerns are fully resolved, and that they are 100% satisfied with my service.
I was part of our campus school paper when I was a student. I was a contributor for the literary section of our school paper in high school and was appointed literary editor for our organization's magazine in college. I am goal-driven and highly motivated to work. I do my best to deliver and go beyond what is expected of me.
