Profile Description

I have solid experience in Australian accounts payable and bookkeeping, with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. I am responsible for processing supplier invoices in a timely manner, matching them to purchase orders, and verifying key details such as pricing, quantities, and GST compliance in line with Australian tax requirements.

I have hands-on experience preparing and processing payment runs using EFT, BPAY, and credit card methods, as well as reconciling supplier and credit card statements to identify and resolve discrepancies. I actively monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date and help prevent late fees.

In addition, I manage supplier inquiries professionally and maintain positive vendor relationships, while ensuring all accounts payable transactions are properly documented and filed. I maintain accurate financial records using MYOB and contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency within the accounts payable function.
