Some of the big companies that I have worked with were UnitedHealth Group, Florists' Transworld Delivery (FTD), and UK Barclays Bank. I was doing data management and business reporting for an Insurance Broker as well as providing our clients with email support for billing, change/document requests, general queries, etc. Doing quoting for Home and Auto Insurance as well as with Employee Benefits.
