Built and run the operational pipeline managing 700+ clients across onboarding, dispute cycles, reimport tracking, and reporting
Designed SOPs and training programs for the dispute team, ensuring compliance and consistent quality at scale
Continuously update company processes in response to FCRA amendments, bureau policy shifts, and CFPB guidance
