The part I enjoy most about social media isn't simply creating posts. It's understanding how a business works first, then turning those insights into content that feels natural, organized, and meaningful.
Through my recent client work and internship experience, I've supported businesses with content planning, social media management, research, and content organization. I've helped build weekly content calendars, write captions, organize publishing schedules, review creative assets, and research competitors to support content decisions. Along the way, I've realized that consistency alone isn't enough. Good content starts with understanding the business, its audience, and its goals.
At Bonvera Brands, I supported content planning across Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Google Business Profile, blogs, websites, and TikTok. My work included researching content ideas, organizing calendars, writing captions, reviewing creative assets, monitoring performance, and keeping content workflows organized. I also prepared reports and looked for opportunities to improve future content based on audience engagement and performance insights.
During my internship with Borgia Consulting, I worked on LinkedIn marketing projects that involved profile audits, audience research, competitor analysis, content planning, and strategic recommendations. That experience taught me that the best marketing decisions come from understanding a business first, not from jumping straight into content creation.
Before transitioning into remote work, I spent eight years with Jollibee Foods Corporation, where I developed strong leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. Working in a fast-paced environment taught me how to stay dependable, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain high standards even under pressure. Those lessons continue to shape the way I work with clients today.
I enjoy being the person who keeps projects organized behind the scenes while helping businesses build a consistent online presence. I use AI tools to make my workflow more efficient, but I don't rely on them to do my thinking. I prefer taking time to understand the business before making recommendations because I believe the best ideas come from understanding, not assumptions. That's the approach I bring to every project I work on.
